This chocolate pull, although non-traditional, is de-li-cio-sa !! It is always a success with family and friends

Ingredients:

2 cups of warm water
3 packages of yeast (3 teaspoons)
8 cups flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3/4 cup of cocoa
250 gr. of butter
4 beaten eggs
340 gr. of chocolate "chips"
113 gr. white chocolate
1 egg to paint the loaf before baking

Preparation

1) In a SUPER LARGE container mix water and yeast. Add 3 cups of flour and 1 cup of sugar. Stir and let it grow for half an hour.

2) Separately, mix 5 cups of flour, salt, half a cup of sugar and cocoa. Add the butter and mix well.

3) Add 4 beaten eggs to the yeast mixture, and mix well. Add the butter and flour mixture and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and the white chocolate. Knead until well formed.
Let it grow 2 hours in an oiled container.

Knead well, form in 3 loaves and braid as usual. Let it grow as much as possible, from 3 to 5 hours. With a pastry brush, spread the beaten egg over the loaves and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
